Ψ The day before your wedding the table set up instructions should be given to your co-ordinator. All details for setting of your tables will be followed with careful consideration. The tents are supplied with decorative plants and lighting. If you wish to add to that you may have to supply help.
Ψ Your Co-ordinator will set up all decorations for Cake Table, Signing Table and any other ideas you may have
Ψ Your ceremony will be supervised by your Co-ordinator so that your timelines will be followed to your expectations.
Ψ Your co-ordinator will work with your Master of Ceremonies to help with the reception timelines.
Ψ All Clean up after the wedding will be done by your Co-ordinator except the decorations that you have brought. They will be put back into the containers you brought them in and you will remove from premises the next day after wedding.

A $6.00 corkage/decant fee will be charged per bottle or litre.
You may choose any wine at the BCLD store and we would be happy to bring it in. You would be charged the price of the bottle plus a $6.00 corkage fee per bottle
Note: As per British Columbia Liquor Control and Licensing Branch policy, all alcohol must be purchased from Eagleview / McQs / Kootenay Lakeview Lodge. No private alcohol products (i.e. UVIN or UBREW) may be brought onto the premises. Personal alcohol must be consumed inside the boundaries of the rented rooms only. The boundaries do not extend beyond the balconies. Unfortunately the wineries are unable to produce custom labels for small orders. If you want personal labels we recommend having labels printed and we will attach them to the bottles for you. Prices are subject to change.
*To ensure we have your wine in time for your special
day the order must be placed within 30-days.
**Your guests are welcome to enjoy their own
personal alcoholic beverages up at the Lodge and around the Lodge picnic
area. Drinking personal alcohol in the
reception area including the parking lot is prohibited. Please relay this information to all your
guests as all alcohol will be confiscated due to Liquor License Control Board

**Room booking policy**
This policy applies to all
weddings booked at
Kootenay Lakeview Lodge.
v All rooms are blocked off Friday and Saturday for your wedding.
v Guests must call Kootenay Lakeview Lodge directly to book their room.
v The Bride and Groom will have first priority in booking rooms.
v We will block the rooms up to one month prior to your wedding date. After that they will be released to the general public.
v A $50 non refundable deposit will be charged for each room booked. The deposit will go towards the final invoice.
v There is a $15 per person charge for extra guests over the age of 15.
v (This is a per night charge for rooms with more than 2 guests.)
v Cots are available to rent for $15.
v There is no charge for children 15 and under.

Ψ A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is charged for all functions booked. This will go towards your final invoice.
Ψ 80% of your estimated wedding invoice will be due 2 weeks prior to your wedding. If using a Credit Card please add 2 % to this invoice. Cheques are welcome and preferred. Your final payment will be due the day after your wedding. Credit Card may be used.
